Email support@manaslabs.in. Please tell us your institute name and, if you can, what you saw on the screen. We do not need your password and will never ask for it.

Send feedback from the app

Open Settings in the app and tap Send Feedback (students: open Profile and tap Send feedback). Tell us what is missing or what should change.

Common questions

• I forgot my password. Owners and teachers can use the reset option on the login screen. Students should ask their institute to reset it.
• A student cannot log in. Check the institute code and student ID with the institute owner.
• My subscription ended. Open Settings, then Subscription, in the app.

Your data
